Bröst och biceps stod på schemat idag och det körde jag med @milosantos! 1. Plan bänk på smith machinen, stegra från 10 på vardera. Emilio kom upp till 110kg idag och jag fastna på 90. 4 sets 8-10 reps på allt. #teamwarriornation #believeinfitness

Chest – 3set 8-12 reps 3 different excercises. Biceps – 2-3 sets 8 reps Triceps – 2-3 sets 8 reps Squats – 3 sets 8 reps Dips 3 sets 10 reps High intensity, low rest periods.

Today’s back sesh!
